a.life.more.mindful incorporates the brand EventFuel which runs wellness events and services.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, to make a purchase or if you register to receive one of our regular emails.

When you sign up to the a.lifemore.mindful website or attend an event, you are giving consent to be contacted by
a.life.more.mindful. This includes regular emails, our monthly newsletter, information about events & services and direct marketing by us only of these services.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
If you purchase one of our products or services
We collect information about you when you place an order for an EventFuel or a.life.more.mindful event or workshop, or purchase another product or service.
Along with your contact information, we may also store any preferences or feedback you provide in direct relation to the event or session, in order to help us tailor and make our offerings the best they can be. These personal preferences are stored in a secure system (Mailchimp, Typeform & EventBrite) and are used in relation to our events only.
For accounting purposes we have to store details of attendees in case they are needed. We make every effort to keep this data secure using passwords and encryption.
How will we use the information about you?

When you are making a purchase, your purchase is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.
We will not share your details with any other organisation other than those we use for the day to day functions of our business. We have an outsourced support team for our own business, including Web Designers, IT support, Accounting and more. They have limited access to your data, where necessary for them to carry out the service they provide to us. i.e. if we invoice you, our Accountant needs to see the invoice to keep the tax man happy.
Your information is held in the strictest confidence. We only use mainstream software and we use the most secure login options available to us.
Your marketing choices
When you share your email address with us, we would like to send you information about a.life.more.mindful products and services.
If you have consented to receive marketing, remember you always have the option to opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
You can also click the unsubscribe option at the end of any marketing emails.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate such as old email addresses which you no longer use.
Your right to be removed
